We explored Kilauea and enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The place was super cozy, and the breakfast served in our bungalow was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this spot for a chill getaway.
The only downside was that the park was closed , a bummer. We were hoping to explore more volcanic sights.

I loved the private screened windows in our room, great to enjoy the soothing sounds of the rainforest while feeling secure. The lodge's serene atmosphere.
More accessible lighting options for seniors would help.
